What the Standard Produces

We transform disparate records into a coherent, source-cited record set that clarifies the facts counsel needs to act on.

01Deliverables

Standard work product, produced to specification.

Every engagement produces the same structured output — indexed, source-cited, and formatted for counsel review.

Deliverable A
Timeline Map of the Record Set
A chronological, source-cited timeline of produced digital asset activity — transactions, accounts, and documented holdings — organized by date and originating source.
Deliverable B
Conflict and Discrepancy Flags
Identification of gaps, inconsistencies, and missing periods across the production record, with explicit notation of what is absent and what requires compulsion or clarification.
Deliverable C
Production Index & Exhibit Set
A structured production index and exhibit set prepared for counsel review and discovery workflows — formatted for efficient use in deposition prep and case strategy.

Three engagements. One standard.

Digital Asset Documentation Triage
We convert disorganized digital-asset records into a coherent, source-cited packet that clarifies what the record supports, what is missing, and where discrepancies appear.
Production Organization & Exhibit Prep
We deliver a structured production index and exhibit set for counsel review — formatted for discovery workflows, deposition prep, and efficient case strategy.
Wallet & Exchange Record Reconciliation
We cross-check exchange exports, wallet activity, tax reports, and banking activity for consistency — flagging missing intervals, conflicts, and discrepancies for counsel action.
03Practice Areas

Built for the matters where record clarity matters most.

VARfacts documentation triage is designed for proceedings where the integrity of the source record is under scrutiny.

Practice Area
Marital Dissolution
Documentation triage and reconciliation for digital asset records in divorce matters. We surface supported facts, missing periods, and discrepancies across the produced record set.
Practice Area
Partnership Disputes / Agreements
Records-based review of ownership assertions, capital contributions, and transfers. We reconcile produced exchange, banking, and tax materials with relevant on-chain activity where supported.
Practice Area
Trusts & Estates
Documentation review for succession-related digital asset records and beneficiary packets. We map timelines, verify internal consistency, and flag gaps that affect chain-of-title clarity.
Practice Area
Prenuptial Verification
Establish a defensible baseline from the produced record set prior to marriage. We document holdings, sources, and limitations so the record can be referenced later with confidence.

Controlled intake. Clear chain of receipt.

Secure Intake Process

VARfacts is a documentation triage process designed for legal and fiduciary environments. Productions are accepted through controlled intake, indexed, and normalized into a consistent set of working files for review. We maintain a clear record of what was provided, the source format, and the date received.

Access is restricted to approved participants. Files are stored and handled using secure, professional-grade controls appropriate for sensitive client materials. Where counsel requests special handling or retention instructions, we follow those requirements.

Security Standards
  • Secure intake
  • Controlled access
  • Organized production structure
  • Clear record of what was received and when
  • Alignment with counsel handling requirements
  • Confidentiality and limited distribution
05Our Story

Standards begin with problems no one had named yet.

"We kept seeing digital asset records show up in real disputes and estates, and the 'proof' never arrived in a form anyone could confidently review."

VARfacts began the way most standards do: with frustration. The same pile every time — CSV exports, screenshots, missing context, and competing narratives.

So we built a neutral documentation standard that makes the record itself speak. VARfacts converts fragmented exchange and wallet records into a structured, source-cited work product counsel can rely on — without custody, tracing services, or advice. The goal is simple: make digital asset documentation as reviewable and reproducible as any other financial record.
